Granny, out of sync with reality, flees Durkee in Mexico, pursued by orderlies intent on capturing her and institutionalizing her once again. To avoid capture, she must cover a significant distance. As if navigating treacherous terrain wasn't enough, Granny faces a gauntlet of sharp turns, holes, fences, and other unexpected obstacles. Meanwhile, the grandmother's frantic dash through the city is punctuated by the pursuit of nurses wielding straitjackets. Amidst the chaos, she somehow manages to collect gold coins, adding a touch of excitement to her desperate bid for freedom.
